callers usually notice round trip delay of more than 250ms
Cisco says that jitter buffers are only effective when the jitter is less 100ms
%1 packet loss can effect VoIP significantly when using G.711 codec

Navid said to have good quality VoIP the one way delay should not be more than 150ms.
That's why we break it to 3x50ms. one for MS to BS. one for BS to BS. one for BS to MS.
